If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original, new and unused condition including all original packaging and tags within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that return shipping cost will be customer’s responsibility. If your original order received free shipping & the return brings your order below the free shipping threshhold, then the shipping charge will be deducted from your return. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. Please be aware that all items purchased in new condition and then used (even once) are not returnable. Returning an item which does not conform to these terms may result in additional return fees assigned at Hole Out Golf Shop’s sole discretion. We will credit the refund back to your original method of payment.
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or fees that are associated to the export or return.
All returns must be packaged in an outer carton. We will not accept any returns that have shipping labels on the outside of the actual products retail packaging. (including shoes)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event that you received a damaged or incorrect item please contact us right away. We strive for 100% order accuracy but mistakes do happen. We take care of all shipping to get you the item you ordered and get the incorrect item back to us. Please e-mail us at email@example.com within 15 days of receiving your item to let us know of any issues and to begin this process.
At this time Hole Out Golf Shop is not accepting exchanges. Because of frequent changes in our inventory, common in the golf industry we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock at the moment of your request. If you are in need of a replacement item please purchase that item and once we receive your returned item it will be granted a refund.
